Bowser introduces HO scale plastic versions of the Alco RS-3. Like the “F”-unit, the Alco RS3 was a mainstay on many railroad rosters. The variations and modifications over its lifetime made each locomotive a singular specimen. Bowser has taken great strides to replicate each of these unique RS3 variations. This production run includes Canadian-specific versions, as well as a few new phase III versions.
